About the event
8th of July at 8:00 pm will be the First Four Hands Gastro-Dinner of KAMA Gastro Tour. Hideki Nakamura, the chef at La Table du 53 and sous-chef at Passage 53, 2-Michelin star restaurant in Paris and privé chef in Monaco, is the guest of Hayk Veyshtort, chef of KAMA Restaurant at the Riviera House Hotel.
Hideki loves to cook with charcoal and uses French techniques to make sauces and condiments. He loves all kinds of shells, herbs and acid from vinegar and citrus. All of which give a more sophisticated taste to the dish. Hayk Veyshtort also loves to cook on live fire, but does it with giving absolute detail to the dishes. As he says, “It is the details that create the beauty and sophistication in food”.
On July 8, guests will find a symbiosis of classic Panasian dishes, French techniques and the love for detail inherent in classic European cuisines from chefs Hayk Veyshtort and Hideki Nakamura.
